Holding a National Youth Service Corps (NYC) Discharge Certificate is a prerequisite for this position. This credential confirms completion of the mandatory one-year national service program in Nigeria, ensuring candidates meet the government’s stipulated requirements. A bachelor’s degree with a minimum classification of a 2:1 honors or an HND with at least an upper credit is required.
