Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with at least three years of progressive accounting experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with GAAP standards is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
A recognized institution must award a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Estate Management, or an equivalent discipline.
Membership with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) is mandatory.
Membership in the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NILS) is strongly preferred.
Professional certifications in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration are advantageous.
Familiarity with housing development, real estate projects, and social housing initiatives is advantageous.
Requires a minimum of five to ten years of demonstrated expertise in quantity surveying, cost management, and construction project administration.
Proven track record in real estate ventures, infrastructure initiatives, or large-scale development undertakings.
