Professional registration with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) is mandatory for this role.
Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NILS) is strongly preferred.
Professional certifications in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration are advantageous.
Demonstrated experience with housing development, real estate ventures, and social housing programs is highly beneficial.
Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on professional experience in quantity surveying, cost management, and construction project administration is required.
Proven track record in real estate ventures, infrastructure initiatives, or large-scale development programs is essential.
