Java Construction Ltd. seeks a skilled and seasoned Batching Plant Operator to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the concrete batching plant operations, guaranteeing the consistent production of premium concrete that meets approved mix designs and project requirements.
Operate and manage the batching plant to manufacture concrete in accordance with predetermined mix designs.
Manage the batching plant to manufacture concrete in adherence to predetermined mix designs.
Oversee plant machinery to maintain optimal production operations.
Accurately measure and batch cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures with precision to maintain consistency and quality in the production process.
Perform regular inspections of the batching plant to identify and promptly report any faults encountered.
Work collaboratively with Quality Control team members to uphold established product quality standards consistently.
You are responsible for accurately documenting daily production metrics, tracking material usage, and maintaining detailed logs of equipment operations and maintenance.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the batching plant facility.
Strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations is mandatory.
Provide support to maintenance staff as needed during plant servicing and repair operations.
Requirements:
A minimum qualification of OND, Trade Test, or an equivalent credential in Engineering or a related discipline is required.
A minimum of a decade of hands-on experience in operating a concrete batching plant is required.
Possesses solid expertise in concrete production methodologies and batching software applications.
Proficient in analyzing concrete mix designs and production schedules with precision and expertise.
Possesses a solid understanding of plant maintenance methodologies and effective troubleshooting techniques.
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes.
