Outlining the scope of work and respective timelines as well as efficiently organizing the project site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
We oversee and enforce quality control measures as well as health and safety protocols at the project site(s) to maintain compliance and operational standards.
Address technical challenges and other potential issues that may occur at project locations, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain operational efficiency.
