The State Coordinator will oversee program activities across their designated state, manage field operations, cultivate stakeholder relationships, and facilitate the execution of ATOM Humanitarian’s mission and objectives at the community level.

Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing the primary functions of the role, including but not limited to strategic planning, operational coordination, and performance monitoring. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and team collaboration while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and industry standards. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and alignment of objectives. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to drive continuous growth. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support data-driven decision-making and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Facilitate the planning and execution of project initiatives across the designated state, ensuring alignment with established timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives while providing leadership and direction to the project team.

Develop and nurture meaningful connections with local stakeholders, partners, and community organizations to foster collaboration and mutual growth.

Assist in the planning and execution of advocacy initiatives and public awareness campaigns.

Track and evaluate program advancement and outcomes, providing detailed assessments and reports on performance and effects.

Ensure adherence to established organizational policies and uphold the highest ethical standards in all professional activities.

Requirements
