Java Construction Ltd. is looking for a skilled and seasoned Batching Plant Operator to become part of our workforce. The ideal candidate will oversee the operation and maintenance of the concrete batching plant, guaranteeing the manufacturing of superior-quality concrete that strictly adheres to approved mix designs and project specifications.
Oversee the batching plant’s operation to ensure the production of concrete adheres strictly to predefined mix designs.
Operate and manage the batching plant to manufacture concrete in strict adherence to predetermined mix designs.
Oversee plant equipment operations to maintain optimal production efficiency and ensure seamless workflows throughout manufacturing processes.
Accurately measure and batch cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures to precise specifications.
Perform regular assessments of the batching plant to identify any operational discrepancies and document findings accurately.
Collaborate with the Quality Control team to uphold established product quality standards consistently.
Responsible for maintaining accurate daily production records, tracking material consumption, and documenting equipment logs.
Maintain a consistently clean and orderly environment throughout the batching plant facility.
Consistently comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies and protocols without exception.
Provide support to maintenance staff as needed during scheduled plant maintenance and repair operations.
Requirements:
A minimum qualification of Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Trade Test certification, or an equivalent credential in Engineering or a related discipline is required.
A minimum of ten years of hands-on experience in the operation of a concrete batching plant is required.
Proficient in concrete production methodologies and batching software applications.
Proficiency in analyzing concrete mix designs and production schedules is required.
Proficient in plant maintenance and troubleshooting techniques is required.
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
Demonstrates the capacity to perform effectively in high-pressure environments while consistently meeting established production deadlines.
Seeking candidates with proficiency in project management, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
