About the Role
We are in search of accomplished Customer Sales Executives with a track record of successfully selling physical products to bolster our energetic team at vita foam. These professionals will focus on accelerating sales expansion, nurturing client relationships, and providing exceptional service to transform potential clients into devoted customers.
Oversee and manage all critical aspects of the project, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives, aligning activities with broader business goals. Monitor progress through regular assessments, identifying risks or inefficiencies and proposing corrective actions promptly. Lead stakeholder communications, providing clear updates and resolving conflicts to maintain alignment and transparency. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Cultivate relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to enhance operational efficiency and drive mutual growth.
Diligently participate in on-site or face-to-face sales initiatives to promote and distribute physical or tangible goods, ensuring maximum market reach and customer engagement.
Explore and capitalize on emerging business prospects to drive growth and expansion.
Diligently nurture and expand connections with current clients to strengthen long-term partnerships and foster sustained business growth.
Drive sales performance to meet or surpass established targets and key performance indicators, ensuring consistent growth and operational excellence.
Offer expert after-sales assistance and address customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Compile and distribute periodic sales reports on a consistent basis.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, equivalent to a B.Sc. or HND, is required.
A minimum of three years of hands-on sales experience within tangible product sectors—such as fast-moving consumer goods, electronics, furniture, industrial supplies, or related industries—is required.
Accomplished negotiator with exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities, adept at fostering productive relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes through clear, persuasive, and tactful dialogue.
Driven by initiative, committed to achieving measurable outcomes, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Proficient knowledge of the local market landscape is essential for this role.
Independently capable of functioning autonomously as well as collaborating effectively within a group dynamic.
