Oversee and execute critical responsibilities encompassing strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational goals. Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in all operations. Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and alignment of objectives. Develop and implement innovative solutions to address challenges and enhance productivity. Maintain precise documentation of service leads generated from various sources, including walk-ins, referrals, advertisements, car exhibitions, and telephone inquiries.

Ensure customers are immediately directed to the appropriate Service Advisor, Sales Consultant, or Manager.

Assist with the vehicle delivery process by handling documentation, confirming payments, updating customer records, and addressing any post-delivery concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Every visit must convey a sense of comfort and appreciation to customers.

Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and communications.

Perform additional tasks as assigned from time to time as needed.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to fill this position, requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, and familiarity with agile methodologies is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team. Additional qualifications include experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, as well as a solid understanding of database management systems and DevOps practices.

A bachelor’s degree in any academic discipline is required.
