We invite applications from a skilled, forward-thinking, and student-centered Business Studies & EVE Teacher to strengthen our secondary school faculty. The chosen educator will design and deliver dynamic lessons in Business Studies and National Values Education (EVE), fostering students’ intellectual growth, ethical awareness, and personal growth.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards and best practices. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, address gaps, and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align objectives, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Deliver instructional lessons in strict alignment with authorized teaching frameworks, lesson plans, and institutional regulations.

Deliver Business Studies and National Values Education (EVE) through innovative, student-centered instructional strategies to foster engagement and comprehension.

Develop comprehensive lesson plans, assignments, engaging class activities, assessments, and examination materials that align strictly with established curriculum guidelines.

Evaluate students’ academic advancement and offer constructive feedback regarding the efficacy and comprehensiveness of instructional strategies and lesson plans.

Proactively identify students requiring specialized learning support and collaborate with the Remedial Teacher to design tailored intervention plans.

Maintain classroom discipline, enforce approved disciplinary measures for minor infractions, and promptly escalate significant disciplinary matters to the Sectional Head.

Deliver compassionate pastoral care while nurturing students’ academic excellence, fostering their social growth, instilling strong moral values, and addressing their emotional well-being.

Assess students’ classwork, tests, projects, assignments, and examinations with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely and accurate grading.

Continuously track and document students’ academic performance, behavioral patterns, and accomplishments, providing timely updates and detailed reports for review.

Develop and sustain productive relationships with parents or guardians to ensure transparent and consistent updates on students’ academic progress and overall well-being.

Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and a supportive learning atmosphere throughout the school community.

You will engage proactively in staff meetings, school programs, training sessions, and extracurricular activities to contribute to the overall success and development of the school community.

Seeking a highly motivated professional with a minimum of five years of experience in a related field. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in project management is advantageous.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Education, Economics, Educational Management, Social Studies, or a closely related field is required.

TRCN certification is regarded as a valuable asset.

A minimum of three years of hands-on teaching experience in a secondary school setting is required.

Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the Business Studies and National Values Education curriculum.

Effective classroom management capabilities and strong communication expertise are essential.

Capable of fostering a stimulating learning environment that encourages students to strive for both academic distinction and strong moral character.
