Install, configure, and service VRV/VRF HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Responsible for conducting installations, performing start-up procedures, and conducting routine maintenance to uphold system efficiency and extend equipment lifespan.
Diagnose system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs to restore optimal functionality.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks and carry out routine inspections to ensure optimal equipment functionality and reliability.
Execute refrigerant charging procedures, conduct leak testing to identify potential issues, and perform pressure testing to ensure system integrity.
Maintain precise documentation of all service and maintenance activities performed. Ensure comprehensive records are updated consistently to reflect the most current information. Verify that all entries are thorough, organized, and readily accessible for future reference or audits.
Requirements
Applicants must hold an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) qualification along with at least three years of hands-on experience in VRV/VRF system operations.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of HVAC systems, their controls, and diagnostic techniques.
Professionals should possess hands-on experience with premier HVAC brands, including Dakin, LG, Samsung, and Mitsubishi Electric, among other industry-leading manufacturers.
Capable of analyzing and comprehending technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams with precision.
Proven ability to diagnose issues efficiently and implement effective solutions through analytical thinking and technical expertise.
An HVAC certification from a recognized institution would be considered a valuable asset for this position.
