Provide support in the compilation of financial statements, invoices, and payment timelines.
Maintain precise and detailed accounting records while ensuring all documentation is thoroughly prepared and organized.
Responsibilities include assisting with accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Duties involve managing invoices, verifying payment details, reconciling accounts, and maintaining up-to-date records. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and streamline payment cycles.
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records by meticulously matching bank statements with corresponding transactions, identifying discrepancies, and resolving any inconsistencies to maintain precise accounting.
Provide support in monitoring expenditures and overseeing budgetary performance to ensure financial alignment with organizational goals.
Provide support throughout audits and financial assessments to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards and procedures.
Ensure strict adherence to established financial policies and procedures set forth by the company.
Execute all additional finance and administrative responsibilities as directed by management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Maintain flexibility to support diverse tasks and priorities while upholding accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in all assigned duties.
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills to manage multiple projects efficiently. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role, along with proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under tight deadlines are essential. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, and prior experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity is highly desirable. The role demands adaptability, a proactive approach to challenges, and a commitment to continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field, such as a B.Sc. or HND, is required.
We are seeking applicants with a minimum of zero to two years of pertinent professional experience.
Possesses a fundamental grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel and other applications within the Microsoft Office suite is required.
Proficiency in accounting software is considered a valuable asset.
