Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations, this role is responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and providing strategic insights to drive efficiency. The position requires a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in data management tools. Key responsibilities include compiling and analyzing performance metrics, preparing comprehensive reports for leadership, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Prepare sales presentations and proposals, ensuring they are meticulously tailored and delivered to both the head of sales and senior management, with a focus on clarity, impact, and alignment to strategic objectives.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the field and a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, along with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. The ideal applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies and prior leadership experience are highly desirable.
A minimum requirement includes an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related discipline.
A minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in sales, specifically within the cosmetics industry, is required.
Skilled in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software systems proficiently.
Demonstrated success in driving sales outcomes and consistently meeting or exceeding predefined sales targets.
