Perform routine market visits to assess root coverage and confirm the availability of company products within the designated region.

Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of all regional trade partners to facilitate seamless access and efficient communication.

Record all communications with customers and systematically organize data concerning their activities, accounts, and trade partners.

Drive the Company’s product adoption by providing hands-on assistance to trade partners in their routine business activities.

Compile comprehensive trade databases encompassing distributors, retailers, and supermarkets to support strategic initiatives.

Engage with clients to understand their changing requirements and evaluate the strength of the company’s ongoing partnerships.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues to ensure timely resolution.

Analyze evolving market trends, track competitor strategies, and evaluate customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role entails providing comprehensive reports and data analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Regular updates are required to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational objectives. Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software is essential to compile and present insights effectively. Strong communication skills are necessary to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels. This position demands meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, timely, and actionable reports to drive business performance.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to the head of sales and senior management.

Contact prospects and respond to customer inquiries promptly to ensure timely follow-up.

Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions to ensure precise record-keeping.

Compile ad hoc reports as needed.

Key metrics will be used to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of your contributions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Handle customer concerns and inquiries by addressing and resolving all complaints and requests promptly and efficiently.

Cultivate and maintain an exceptional brand image and customer perception index, ensuring alignment with organizational values and standards.

Proficient operation of technology and Microsoft Suite, including computers, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with essential office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and scanners is required.

Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly address and resolve any issues presented.

Seeking a candidate with a strong academic background and relevant professional experience in the specified field.
