Job Summary

The Bakery Manager oversees all aspects of bakery operations, ensuring excellence in production standards, sales targets, customer experience, team leadership, quality assurance, inventory oversight, and financial sustainability.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties essential to the role, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, management of cross-functional projects, and maintenance of high operational standards. Conduct thorough research, analyze complex data, and prepare comprehensive reports to inform decision-making processes. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align objectives, resolve challenges, and drive performance improvements. Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of five years of professional experience in a comparable role.
