To drive ongoing enhancements, initiate and execute continuous improvement programs aimed at boosting overall productivity levels.
Conduct training sessions for production personnel to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of three years of experience in software development or a related technical role is required. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Python, or C++, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are critical. Prior experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
A minimum of an HND or a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Production Management, or a related discipline is required.
A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in bakery or food production operations is required.
Commercial bakery production experience is strongly preferred.
