Job Summary
The Bakery Manager oversees all bakery functions, ensuring seamless production, sales targets are met, and customer satisfaction remains high while supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, managing inventory, and driving profitability.
Oversee and execute critical tasks to ensure operational excellence, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience leading projects or mentoring junior staff is highly desirable. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance protocols is a must. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is critical.
A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in bakery operations is required, with at least some of that time dedicated to supervisory roles.
Applicants with prior oversight in a commercial bakery environment are highly desirable.
