Job Summary
The Bakery Production Officer oversees the organization, management, and execution of daily bakery operations to uphold product quality standards, optimize resource allocation, reduce waste, and ensure products are available for sale in a timely manner.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the industry are required for consideration. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in key technical skills, including data analysis, project management, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Prior experience leading cross-functional teams or managing complex projects is highly desirable.
A relevant academic background, such as a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Production Management, or an equivalent discipline, is required.
Requires at least three years of hands-on experience in bakery operations or food production environments.
Highly desirable is prior experience within a commercial bakery production environment.

Additionally, training staff on proper food handling practices and monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations are critical duties.
