We seek a meticulously organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to enhance our team’s efficiency. This vital role ensures seamless daily administrative operations within the school while delivering comprehensive support to faculty, students, and families.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including but not limited to managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive organizational growth. Prepare comprehensive reports to track progress, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives with business goals and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Maintain open communication channels to facilitate transparency and resolve any operational challenges promptly.
Deliver comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance to school leadership and faculty teams.
Professionally oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and telephone communications, ensuring a polished and courteous approach at all times.
Maintain meticulous records, files, and documentation to ensure compliance and organizational efficiency.
Provide support in coordinating and managing meetings, appointments, and school-related activities.
Responsibilities include managing front desk operations and providing courteous assistance to visitors, parents, and students.
Provide administrative support for admissions and student record management operations.
Maintain sufficient office supply levels and oversee inventory management to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Execute all additional administrative tasks as needed and provide support to achieve operational objectives effectively.
Seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a critical role within our organization. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficiency in data analysis, project management, and exceptional communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and additional language skills are highly desirable.
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Office Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of one to three years of demonstrated administrative experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in an educational environment.
Highly developed organizational capabilities and the ability to manage time effectively are essential for success in this role.
Proficient in clear and effective written and oral communication, with the ability to convey ideas articulately and engage audiences appropriately.
A strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high productivity under tight deadlines. Proven ability to thrive in dynamic settings with shifting priorities and high demands.
