Dreamboat British Academy invites applications for a proficient and motivated Mathematics Teacher to provide stimulating, concept-driven lessons aligned with the British Curriculum. The successful applicant will guide students in cultivating robust numeracy, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning abilities throughout every key stage.

Oversee and execute a broad spectrum of critical functions to ensure seamless operational workflows, including managing cross-functional team coordination, driving strategic project initiatives, and maintaining stringent compliance with established policies and procedures. Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize efficiency, mitigate risks, and enhance productivity across all departmental activities. Lead performance evaluations, provide actionable feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team. Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and operational staff, facilitating transparent communication and alignment of organizational goals.

Deliver mathematics instruction in alignment with the British National Curriculum, ensuring comprehensive coverage of prescribed learning objectives and standards.

Design and instruct engaging, tailored lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.

Facilitate students’ preparation for both internal assessments and external examinations, ensuring they attain the requisite knowledge and skills to achieve optimal performance outcomes.

Monitor student development closely and deliver constructive feedback in a prompt manner.

Encourage the development of analytical reasoning and the implementation of theoretical knowledge into real-world scenarios.

Foster an environment of respect and orderliness while promoting a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere.

Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of five years of experience in software development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team are essential. Experience with agile methodologies, version control systems, and software testing frameworks is required. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders are also necessary. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Mathematics, Education, or a closely related discipline is required.

Extensive background in delivering Mathematics instruction within the British educational framework is required.

Proven expertise in subject and the ability to effectively manage classroom environments.
