Intelligent Innovations Limited is in search of a dynamic and commercially savvy Senior Tech Sales & Business Development Specialist who will spearhead revenue growth initiatives, enhance market penetration, and cultivate strategic alliances within our diverse portfolio of technology and business solutions.

The successful applicant must demonstrate a proven history of success in enterprise sales, business development, solution selling, and client relationship management.

This role involves proactively identifying new business opportunities, overseeing key accounts, cultivating strategic partnerships, and spearheading the adoption of our products and services.

The ideal candidate will effectively engage with C-level executives, key decision-makers, HR leaders, and business owners, establishing Intelligent Innovations as a trusted provider of technology and business solutions.

What Will You Be Doing?

Craft and implement strategic sales and business development initiatives designed to foster consistent revenue growth throughout the organization’s portfolio of products and services.

Responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and capitalizing on new business prospects within software development services, digital transformation solutions, technology consulting, talent outsourcing, recruitment services, workforce solutions, and digital products.

Promote and market Intelligent Innovations’ suite of technology solutions—such as Appanage and other enterprise-grade products and services—to drive sales and expand market reach.

Develop and nurture a robust sales pipeline by leveraging prospecting, networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, event participation, and digital marketing channels.

Develop and maintain strong professional connections with business leaders, decision-makers, HR executives, procurement specialists, and other critical stakeholders to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.

You will facilitate comprehensive client discovery sessions, deliver solution presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and engage in consultative sales meetings to identify and address client needs effectively.

Analyze client challenges comprehensively and propose tailored technology and business solutions designed to yield tangible, measurable value.

Craft compelling proposals, quotations, presentations, business cases, and commercial agreements tailored to meet client and organizational needs.

Spearhead negotiations to finalize significant transactions and secure enduring agreements with high-value clients.

Work collaboratively with Product, Delivery, Customer Experience, Recruitment, and Marketing teams to guarantee seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Forging strategic partnerships and alliances is essential to uncovering new business opportunities and generating additional revenue streams.

Oversee critical client accounts while proactively uncovering avenues for expanding service offerings through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

To stay ahead of market dynamics, analyze emerging trends, industry shifts, and competitor strategies while evaluating new technologies to uncover potential growth avenues.

Responsible for ensuring precise sales forecasts, up-to-date pipeline reports, meticulously maintained customer records, and accurate opportunity tracking utilizing CRM systems.

Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue goals to drive organizational growth and profitability.

You will serve as the company’s ambassador at various professional gatherings, including conferences, exhibitions, networking events, business forums, and industry engagements.

Regularly prepare and deliver comprehensive business development reports, alongside strategic recommendations, to senior management for informed decision-making.

Proven expertise in business development, strategic sales planning, and cultivating high-value client relationships.

Skilled in delivering compelling presentations, conducting high-stakes negotiations, and achieving successful closures.

Demonstrates a deep comprehension of technology solutions, digital transformation strategies, and business process optimization methodologies.
