Job Summary
The Project Manager (Branch Expansion) will oversee the complete lifecycle of launching new company outlets, from initiation to completion, guaranteeing that all expansion initiatives are executed punctually, within allocated financial constraints, and in strict adherence to the organization’s brand and operational benchmarks.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration and driving measurable outcomes. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize efficiency, enhance performance, and achieve long-term growth. Maintain rigorous compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while identifying opportunities for process improvements. Serve as a key liaison between departments, stakeholders, and leadership to facilitate seamless communication and decision-making. Monitor progress through detailed reporting, data analysis, and performance metrics to inform strategic adjustments. Develop comprehensive project plans for upcoming outlet openings, establishing clear timelines, allocating budgets, and defining key milestones to ensure smooth execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams, including operations, design, procurement, legal, and HR, as well as external contractors to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Identify, assess, and oversee appropriate locations for new store openings in alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
Responsible for managing the fit-out, construction, and renovation activities for all new branch openings, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Oversee the entire process of securing all necessary licensing, permits, and regulatory approvals essential for the establishment of new outlets.
Develop comprehensive operational readiness checklists and supervise all pre-opening activities to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor project advancement, detect potential risks, and execute corrective measures to ensure timely and successful completion.
Oversee project budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and handle procurement logistics for fit-outs.
Compile and deliver comprehensive project status updates to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and precision in conveying progress, risks, and key milestones.
Reflect on and document key takeaways from every expansion initiative to enhance the efficacy of upcoming project executions.

Proficient knowledge of construction methodologies, facility management principles, and regulatory frameworks in Lagos are required.
Skilled in utilizing project management software, including MS Project and Asana, among others, to effectively plan, monitor, and execute tasks.
Skilled in negotiating effectively, communicating clearly, and resolving problems efficiently.
