A leading fashion house is in search of a results-driven Production Lead to manage the complete production cycle, beginning with initial sampling and culminating in final delivery.

The position requires a proactive approach to detecting potential delays or operational bottlenecks and promptly addressing them to maintain production schedules while upholding the company’s quality and efficiency standards.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance optimization to ensure organizational objectives are consistently met. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that drive innovation, enhance productivity, and foster sustainable growth. Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as necessary. Serve as a primary liaison between departments, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and alignment of goals. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices to maintain compliance and mitigate risks. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, cultivating a high-performance culture centered on accountability and continuous learning.

Responsibilities include monitoring and ensuring quality standards are consistently met at every phase of the production lifecycle.

Ensure garments meet the company’s exacting quality standards by meticulously inspecting stitching precision, pattern alignment, dye uniformity, sizing accuracy, and overall finishing.

Establish and oversee production schedules in coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operational workflows and timely project completion.

Collaborate closely with internal and external factories, dyers, and vendors to synchronize priorities and meet delivery timelines effectively.

Track and maintain accurate records of raw material, production supply, and finished goods inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize shortages or excesses.

Foster strong collaborations with both domestic and global fabric and material vendors to uphold stringent quality standards and guarantee punctual shipments.

Provide leadership and assistance to the production team to foster high performance, accountability, and seamless collaboration.

Explore ways to optimize production efficiency, minimize errors, and accelerate turnaround times while maintaining uncompromising quality standards.

Person Specifications

A bachelor’s degree is required, with an MBA or relevant certification serving as a favorable differentiator.

A minimum of twelve years of professional experience is required, including five years in a leadership capacity.

Substantial experience in the fashion, textile, or manufacturing sectors is essential.
