Description
A strong grasp of multiservice platform architectures and advanced routing protocols—including ISIS, RIP, RSVP, OSPF, BGP, and IBP—is required, along with the ability to diagnose issues at the packet level.
Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in IP/MPLS protocols, network management systems (NMS), firewall configurations, and Cisco Works, alongside proficiency in CIC operations. Exhibit a strong understanding of Layer 2 and 3 VPN technologies while ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements.
Design and deploy both site-to-site and remote access VPN solutions to establish secure, encrypted connections between networks and individual users.
Design and deploy advanced firewall solutions and implement robust network access control systems to safeguard organizational infrastructure.
Design and deploy advanced mile-to-mile business connectivity solutions using ground positioning technologies, such as GPR.
Design and deploy network access control solutions to secure and manage access across various network segments within the IP/MPLS infrastructure.
Implement robust security protocols to safeguard against unauthorized access and mitigate potential risks effectively.
Handle network-related faults and ensure network clearance rates are met efficiently.
Deliver new data and services with exceptional quality, collaborating closely with Marketing and IP System planning teams.
Execute the implementation of new nodes and facilitate their successful transition into production.
Offer expert emergency maintenance for IP/MPLS networks, leveraging advanced troubleshooting techniques and robust security expertise to resolve critical issues efficiently.
Ensure the completion of all scheduled works as planned, maintaining the highest possible rate of execution and delivery efficiency.
Collaborate with intellectual property vendors and coordinate with Technical Assistance Center (TAC) teams as well as vendor Tier 2 and Tier 3 support personnel to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
