Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
Proven experience spanning three to five years in human resources management or a closely related discipline is required.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate strong leadership, and resolve complex problems with innovative solutions.
Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively while maintaining the autonomy to manage tasks independently.
Skilled in utilizing human resources information systems (HRIS) software proficiently.
A certification from a recognized HR professional institution, such as CPM, SHAM, ATD, or RCI, would provide a significant advantage.
