We’re looking to bring on board a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our rapidly expanding fintech organization. This individual will be tasked with identifying and cultivating prospective leads, fostering meaningful customer engagement, converting sales opportunities into closed deals, and contributing to overall business expansion through superior communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Oversee a comprehensive array of critical functions, including the management of daily operations, the formulation and execution of strategic plans, and the monitoring of performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to foster innovation, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency. Drive leadership initiatives that cultivate high-performing teams, prioritize professional development, and maintain a culture of accountability and excellence. Serve as the primary liaison between senior management and staff, translating high-level directives into actionable tasks while ensuring clear communication channels and transparent reporting structures.

Contact potential clients via telephone and various other communication mediums to establish initial engagement.

Seeking individuals with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or mathematics. Must possess at least three years of professional experience in data analysis, software development, or a related discipline. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL is essential, along with experience working with databases and statistical software. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are required. Excellent communication skills are also necessary to convey complex findings to stakeholders. Familiarity with machine learning or cloud computing platforms is a plus.

You must live within Saba and its surrounding areas or have convenient access for commuting.

With a minimum of two years of professional experience in telemarketing, sales, business development, customer support, or comparable positions, you will be well-prepared for this opportunity.
