Achieving an Audit Non-Conformance Closure Rate consistently exceeding 90% remains a critical performance benchmark for this role. The monthly customer complaint rate must remain below 3% to ensure high service quality standards are consistently met.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting are critical. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies are preferred.
