Our client is in search of a strategic and innovative Brand & Marketing Manager responsible for propelling brand expansion, implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, and deepening audience connections.

This position is responsible for overseeing campaigns, fostering partnerships and sponsorships, and cultivating stakeholder relationships to strengthen brand awareness and advance business goals across all channels.

Oversee and execute core duties associated with the position, including managing day-to-day operations, leading project teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive measurable outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to foster communication, resolve challenges, and maintain high-performance standards. Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and present reports to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices while mitigating risks. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to cultivate leadership skills and professional growth. Serve as a liaison between senior management and employees to facilitate transparency and operational efficiency.

Craft and execute brand and marketing strategies that are fully aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Perform comprehensive market research to analyze audience behavior, identify emerging market trends, and evaluate competitive activities.

Develop and implement cohesive marketing initiatives spanning digital, print, outdoor, and broadcast mediums to maximize brand reach and engagement.

Collaborate with internal marketing teams encompassing content creation, graphic design, and social media management to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategic alignment across all channels.

Monitor campaign performance metrics and refine strategies to enhance engagement levels and maximize return on investment.

Responsibilities include developing, negotiating, and maintaining sponsorship and strategic partnership agreements to maximize revenue and brand visibility. This role requires proactive outreach to secure new sponsorship deals while fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders to enhance organizational growth and market presence.

Cultivate and sustain meaningful connections with corporate entities, key stakeholders, and pertinent institutions to foster mutual growth and collaboration.

Conduct thorough research to identify available grant opportunities and oversee the entire process, meticulously ensuring adherence to all reporting requirements.

Monitor marketing KPIs and compile performance reports for executive review and strategic decision-making.

Key qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-specific software, tools, or methodologies is essential, alongside strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Candidates must demonstrate adaptability to evolving priorities, a commitment to teamwork, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Familiarity with compliance standards, project management frameworks, or data analytics may be required, depending on the position.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a closely aligned discipline is required.

A minimum of five to seven years of professional experience in brand management, marketing, communications, or closely related fields is required.

Experienced in leading and managing team dynamics effectively.

Demonstrates proficiency in integrated marketing, brand strategy, and corporate communications.
