The group you will become a part of and the contributions you will make

You will become part of the Creative & Product Design team, reporting directly to the Head of Design while collaborating closely with Product Designers, Motion Designers, and Brand Designers. Together, you will contribute to defining how Lem Fi’s brand identity is expressed—its visual language, emotional resonance, and communication style—across every customer interaction and touchpoint.

Lem Fi’s brand is experiencing rapid growth, mirroring the expansion of our product. In this role, you will have a pivotal influence on shaping our visual identity and creative across various domains, including campaigns, product marketing, social media, partnerships, and other areas. Unlike a position focused solely on template designs, this opportunity empowers you to leverage your creative instincts to guide what millions of users encounter.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to transform strategic plans and creative briefs into compelling visual content designed to stand out in competitive markets across the UK, Europe, North America, and Africa.

We aim to establish a strong connection with immigrant communities worldwide, embodying a modern, reliable, and distinctly Lem Fi identity. Your role will involve shaping this vision as we expand into additional markets and product offerings.

What you’ll be doing from day one

Oversight of the entire lifecycle for brand and marketing assets—spanning from initial concept through final execution—encompassing digital, social, print, and product marketing channels.

Overseeing and refining Lem Fi’s visual identity to ensure uniformity across all platforms while driving the brand’s creative evolution.

We work in tandem with the Marketing team to develop campaign creatives, paid media assets, social content, partnership collateral, and event materials.

Collaborating closely with Product Designers, you will uphold brand consistency across marketing materials and in-app interfaces to deliver a cohesive user experience.

Collaborating on the design system and brand guidelines to ensure visual standards remain thoroughly documented, accessible, and consistently updated.

With proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva, you will deliver exceptional work efficiently, maintaining a rapid pace without compromising on quality.

In an agile, asynchronous-first setting, you effectively convey ideas, share progress proactively, embrace candid feedback, and refine your approach with speed.

What you’ll bring

Seeking candidates with a solid background of two to five years in brand design, visual design, or a related creative position, preferably within a technology firm, startup, or agency specializing in consumer brands.

A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity development, advertising creative campaigns, social and digital media assets, and cohesive multichannel visual storytelling is required.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, is required, along with expertise in Figma and Canva. Experience in motion graphics and animation is considered advantageous.

Skilled in sustaining and advancing brand guidelines and visual systems to ensure consistency and alignment across all platforms.

With a keen eye for what is effective, you possess refined instincts in typography, layout, and color, and can clearly explain your design choices.

The ability to work independently, manage your own time across multiple briefs, and deliver consistently without close supervision.
