Responsibilties
Offer comprehensive assistance to administrative, financial, and human resource teams across all business units.
Guarantee that all operational activities are completed in strict adherence to allocated budgetary constraints and established timelines.
Oversee the distribution of financial resources and monitor expenditures for all operational activities within the business.
Perform systematic operational assessments and audits to proactively maintain equipment and systems.
Establish and pursue measurable objectives to consistently achieve or surpass defined performance benchmarks.
Offer expert advice to team members in addressing and resolving operational challenges and discrepancies.
Ensure timely completion of resource assignment, work allocation, training development, and performance assessments.
Deliver exceptional customer service to cultivate and sustain robust, long-lasting customer relationships.
Facilitate routine meetings with team members to review operational progress, exchange innovative ideas, and address challenges encountered.
Handle and resolve customer complaints with precision and efficiency to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with at least three years of relevant professional experience. Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis, with strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Must demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Qualified applicants must hold an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree, accompanied by a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
