Brief Description
Responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and management of all JMG/Samara Productions and GRN postings across the country, ensuring strict adherence to all store and warehouse policies and procedures while implementing and maintaining effective operational standards.
Oversee a range of critical responsibilities encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to drive organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align projects with company goals, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgetary constraints. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Supervise staff development through mentorship, training initiatives, and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of continuous growth. Collaborate with relevant departments and branches to synchronize JMG and SAMARA production postings.

Audit the monthly stock ledger to ensure accuracy for month-end reporting, focusing on reconciling discrepancies such as GRN variances, undocumented deliveries, and negative inventory quantities.
Oversee all purchase orders and any associated additional charges.
Before finalizing the lock, conduct a meticulous management office (MO) verification to confirm the completion of the MO process without encountering any errors.
To verify accurate closure, conduct a thorough comparison between the MO lock and TB MO mechanisms, ensuring all components align correctly and meet specified standards.
The incumbent will compile monthly production and Goods Received Note (GRN) reports, track the aging of outstanding Manufacturing Orders (MO’s), and provide weekly updates on bank stock levels.
Oversee all JMG/SAMARA GRN officers as part of your responsibilities.
Oversee and execute JMG and Samara production protocols, along with GRN policies and procedures, to ensure adherence and operational efficiency.
Handle all additional requests presented by the Head of Department.
