Description
We are looking for an organised, process-driven Logistics & Facilities Manager to lead our project logistics operations and facilities management across the organization.
This is an entry-level management role responsible for ensuring materials reach project sites safely and on time, company facilities are managed efficiently, and a small operations team is held to clear standards.
The right person will be trained on our systems and grow into full operational ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Warehouse & Logistics team to execute material pick-up, transit, and site delivery across all customer warehouses and operating regions
Drive ERP and documentation discipline — real-time status updates, Delivery Note accuracy, chain of custody records, and proof of delivery uploads
Coordinate delivery schedules with project management and customer logistics teams in advance
Monitor logistics vendor performance; escalate and resolve delivery failures, discrepancies, and loss incidents with documented corrective action
Oversee company facilities across all locations — maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, leases, and access control
Manage all administrative procurement: office supplies, IT assets, consumables, and facilities-related contracts; maintain the company asset register
Track the combined logistics and facilities budget; process vendor invoices and flag variances
Produce monthly logistics performance and facilities status reports for management
Requirements
B.Sc. or HND in Supply Chain & Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Estate Management, or any related discipline
0 – 3 years’ experience in logistics, operations coordination, procurement, or administration (NYSC placement in a relevant function counts)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — able to manage multiple concurrent tasks without losing oversight
High documentation discipline; process-oriented and consistent
Good communication skills; comfortable coordinating across teams and with third-party vendors
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; willingness to learn ERP systems quickly
Occasional travel to warehouses and project sites required
Fresh graduates and recent NYSC completers are strongly encouraged to apply.
