Job Summary
We seek a Clinical Assistant to enhance patient satisfaction during their visits to our facility by providing support and assistance to our healthcare team.
Oversee and execute a wide range of duties, including the management and coordination of projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to established standards. Develop and implement strategic plans and operational policies to enhance efficiency and productivity within the organization. Monitor progress through regular evaluations, providing feedback and guidance to team members to maintain high performance levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and streamline processes, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Conduct routine diagnostic tests and procedures as instructed by licensed healthcare providers.
Ensure patient safety by upholding a clean and hygienic environment at all times.
Serve as an intermediary between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication and resolve any concerns or disputes.
Provide patients with comprehensive orientation regarding the clinic’s available facilities and operational procedures.
Examine and procedure rooms should be prepared and adequately supplied.
