Job Summary
Reverse Aesthetics is looking for a skilled and seasoned Aesthetics Doctor to enhance our expanding team in Lagos and Abuja.
The preferred applicant must possess practical expertise in aesthetic and wellness treatments, demonstrate superior patient care capabilities, and exhibit a comprehensive grasp of contemporary non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth. The role involves conducting market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns. Additionally, you will oversee digital marketing efforts, manage social media platforms, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies. Budget management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment with company objectives are also essential duties.
Consult with patients to assess their aesthetic goals and provide personalized treatment recommendations.
Deliver non-surgical aesthetic services including Botox injections, dermal fillers, advanced skin treatments, weight loss therapies, and related procedures with precision and care.
Oversee patient advancements and ensure accurate maintenance of medical documentation.
Maintain stringent hygiene, safety, and professional standards at all times.
Educate clients regarding their treatment plans and provide guidance on appropriate aftercare measures.
Collaborate effectively with the clinic staff to ensure outstanding client satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or an equivalent medical degree constitutes a fundamental prerequisite for this role.
Active and unrestricted possession of a valid medical license is required.
A minimum of two years of professional experience in the fields of aesthetics or cosmetic medicine is required.
Proficiency in injectables and non-surgical aesthetic procedures is a prerequisite for this role.
Experienced professionals with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are required, along with a proven aptitude for building and maintaining positive working relationships.
A polished demeanor and strong interpersonal skills are essential for fostering patient trust and comfort.
Thrives effectively in dynamic, high-pressure work settings while maintaining productivity and composure.

A monthly remuneration ranging from N400,000 to N500,000 is offered for this position.
