Reverse Aesthetics is searching for a skilled and seasoned Aesthetics Doctor to enhance our dynamic team in Lagos and Abuja.
The candidate should possess practical expertise in aesthetic and wellness treatments, demonstrate superior patient care abilities, and exhibit a comprehensive grasp of contemporary non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
This role encompasses a wide range of duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. The position requires strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams, facilitate communication between departments, and resolve conflicts to maintain productivity. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Regular reporting to senior management and adherence to company policies will also be essential components of this position.
Collaborate closely with patients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments tailored to their individual preferences and goals.
Deliver a range of aesthetic services, including administering Botox and dermal fillers, performing advanced skin treatments, conducting weight loss therapies, and executing other non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
Oversee patient health developments and ensure accurate documentation of medical records.
Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, safety, and professional conduct at all times.
Educate clients regarding prescribed treatment plans and recommended aftercare protocols to ensure understanding and adherence.
Collaborate effectively with the clinic team to ensure outstanding client interactions and service delivery.

Compensation for this position is structured to recognize experience, qualifications, and performance, ensuring competitive pay within the industry. A monthly compensation package ranging from ₦400,000 to ₦500,000 is offered for this position.
