Reverse Aesthetics is looking for a skilled and seasoned Aesthetics Doctor to enhance our expanding team in Lagos and Abuja.
The preferred applicant must possess practical expertise in aesthetic and wellness treatments, demonstrate exceptional patient care abilities, and exhibit a thorough comprehension of contemporary non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
The role encompasses a diverse range of duties, including the oversight and management of key operational processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives. Responsibilities also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, fostering innovation through strategic planning, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, the position requires the analysis of performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and the implementation of solutions to enhance productivity and quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in leadership, problem-solving, and communication while upholding a commitment to achieving measurable results.
Engage with patients to evaluate their aesthetic needs and suggest appropriate treatment options tailored to their individual preferences and requirements.
Execute a range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including Botox injections, dermal filler applications, advanced skin treatments, weight loss therapies, and additional cosmetic interventions to enhance patient appearance and satisfaction.
Track patient development meticulously while ensuring accurate and up-to-date medical documentation at all times.
Maintain stringent hygiene protocols, prioritize safety measures, and uphold professional conduct at all times.
Educate clients regarding treatment plans and post-treatment care protocols.
Collaborate effectively with the clinic team to ensure an outstanding client experience.
Requirements
A medical qualification equivalent to an MBBS degree or higher is required.
Holds a current, unrestricted medical license in good standing, issued by a recognized licensing authority.
A minimum of two years of professional experience in aesthetics or cosmetic medicine is required.
Proficiency in the administration of injectable treatments and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with well-developed interpersonal competencies, are essential for this role. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in conveying information clearly, actively listening, and fostering collaborative relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Professional demeanor and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential, along with a strong ability to establish trust and comfort with patients.

We are offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from N400,000 to N500,000.
