Job Summary
A highly qualified and empathetic Female Physiotherapist is being sought to strengthen our team in Abu Dhabi.
You will evaluate, provide therapeutic interventions, and guide patients through rehabilitation to optimize their physical function, alleviate discomfort, and elevate their overall well-being.
Oversee a diverse range of critical tasks to ensure operational excellence and team performance, including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and maintaining high standards of quality across deliverables. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, address challenges, and implement solutions that align with organizational objectives. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by monitoring progress, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring team members to enhance their professional growth. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while optimizing processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
Evaluate patients’ conditions comprehensively and design individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to their specific medical needs.
Administer therapeutic exercises, perform manual therapy techniques, and utilize electrotherapy modalities as part of treatment plans.
Monitor patient responses to treatment and modify care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Instruct patients on techniques for preventing injuries and managing care at home.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field. A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is necessary. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are needed. Experience with database management, software development methodologies, and version control systems is preferred. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required to ensure project success.
Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
Requires possession of a valid National Youth Service Corps (NYC) discharge certificate or exemption letter, as mandated by Nigerian law for all graduates seeking employment. Candidates must present this document to verify completion of the mandatory one-year national service, confirming eligibility for professional roles. Failure to provide this credential may result in disqualification from consideration.
Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience is required.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in patient care, effective communication, and meticulous documentation, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and operational efficiency.
Capable of fulfilling full-time onsite work commitments.
