ExCare Health is in search of an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Pharmacist to spearhead sales expansion, uphold superior pharmaceutical care standards, and contribute to the financial success of our retail pharmacy operations.
The position integrates high-caliber clinical expertise with a keen business perspective and strategic operational management capabilities.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and facilitating transparent communication to align goals and expectations. Analyze data, identify trends, and present actionable insights to leadership to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, ethical guidelines, and corporate governance frameworks.
Thoroughly evaluate prescriptions to ensure accuracy while delivering comprehensive patient counselling, thereby promoting safe and effective medication utilization.
Design and oversee the pharmacy’s layout to optimize the identification and accessibility of medications and sundries.
Manage inventory logistics to mitigate the risks of product degradation, stock deficiencies, and expiration.
Spearhead marketing initiatives and service delivery for pharmacy offerings, with a particular emphasis on expedited health assessments.
Drive sales expansion, enhance category performance, and bolster branch profitability by implementing innovative strategies and customer-centric initiatives.
Maintain awareness of emerging trends and innovations in the healthcare industry by engaging in ongoing education and fostering professional partnerships.
Ensure complete adherence to all applicable regulatory, legal, and professional practice requirements at all times.
Seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with excellent communication and organizational skills, is essential. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate adaptability to evolving priorities and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, and relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy.
Holds a current, unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in accordance with state regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and pharmacy information systems is required.
