Accurately review prescriptions and deliver patient consultations to promote safe and effective medication use.
Design and oversee the pharmacy layout to ensure optimal organization for the swift identification of medications and sundries.
Monitor inventory flow to mitigate product spoilage, stock outs, and expiration risks.
Spearhead the development and execution of marketing initiatives and operational delivery for pharmacy services, encompassing expedited health assessments.
Drive revenue expansion, enhance category performance, and boost branch profitability by implementing innovative strategies and prioritizing customer-centric initiatives.
To remain abreast of industry developments and technological progress in healthcare, engage in ongoing education and foster professional partnerships.
Maintain strict adherence to all applicable regulatory, legal, and professional practice standards.
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, coupled with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The position demands meticulous attention to detail, the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. Prior leadership or project management experience is highly advantageous.
A Doctor of Pharmacy (Harm.D.) or equivalent degree in the field of pharmacy is required.
Holds an active and unrestricted license for pharmacist practice.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications as well as pharmacy information systems is required.
Effective communication abilities, a commitment to professional ethics, and a dedication to patient-centered care are essential qualities for this role.
