Job Summary
ExCare Health is in search of a dynamic and forward-thinking Pharmacist to spearhead sales expansion, ensure the provision of superior pharmaceutical services, and contribute to the enhanced profitability of our retail pharmacy operations.
The position requires a balanced integration of clinical expertise, business acumen, and strategic operational management.
Oversee and execute assigned duties with precision, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Serve as a key contributor to strategic initiatives, collaborating across departments to drive efficiency and innovation. Manage critical projects from inception to completion, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks. Provide expert guidance to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to uphold operational excellence. Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on goals.
Accurately assess prescriptions and deliver thorough patient consultations to promote the safe and effective administration of medications.
Rearrange and oversee the pharmacy’s spatial configuration to ensure drugs and sundries are readily identifiable and accessible.
Monitor inventory flows to ensure products are stored, handled, and transported in a manner that prevents deterioration, shortages, and expiration, thereby maintaining optimal stock levels and product integrity.
Lead the strategic marketing and execution of comprehensive pharmacy services, encompassing expedited health assessments.
Drive revenue growth, enhance category performance, and improve branch profitability by implementing innovative strategies and prioritizing customer-centric solutions.
You are expected to maintain awareness of the latest developments and innovations in the healthcare industry by engaging in ongoing education and fostering professional partnerships.
Maintain adherence to all applicable regulatory, legal, and professional practice standards in all operational activities.
Candidates must fulfill the following qualifications to be considered for this position. A minimum of five years of experience in a related field is required, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate with stakeholders and convey complex information clearly. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree or certification and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
A Pharmacy degree at the bachelor’s level is required.
Possesses a current, active license to practice pharmacy in good standing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and pharmacy-specific information systems is required.
