Job Summary
ExCare Health is searching for a proactive and creative Pharmacist dedicated to enhancing sales performance, ensuring outstanding pharmaceutical care, and contributing to the financial success of our retail pharmacy division.
The position integrates top-tier clinical performance with a keen understanding of commercial dynamics and operational management.
Oversee and execute core duties, including managing daily operations to ensure seamless workflow, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity across all departments. Perform regular assessments of team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance individual and collective output. Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with overarching business objectives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Additionally, foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while upholding rigorous quality and compliance standards.
Accurately review prescriptions and deliver patient counseling to promote safe and effective medication use.
Design and oversee the arrangement of the pharmacy to facilitate quick and accurate identification of medications and related products.
Monitor inventory flows diligently to mitigate risks associated with product deterioration, stock shortages, and expiry to maintain optimal supply levels.
Lead the strategic planning and implementation of pharmacy services, with a strong focus on expedited health assessments.
Drive sustainable growth in sales and category performance while enhancing branch profitability by implementing innovative strategies and prioritizing customer-centric solutions.
To maintain expertise, actively engage in ongoing education and professional networking within the healthcare field, ensuring awareness of emerging trends and innovations.
Professional practice standards, regulatory mandates, and legal obligations must be fully adhered to at all times.
Requirements
A Pharmacy degree, or a Bachelor’s qualification in the field, is required.
Holds a current, active license for professional pharmacist practice.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and pharmacy information systems is required.
Strong interpersonal abilities, a commitment to ethical conduct, and a dedication to patient-focused care are essential.
