Job Summary
ExCare Health is looking for a proactive and creative Pharmacist to spearhead sales growth, ensure the delivery of superior pharmaceutical care, and contribute to the financial success of our retail pharmacy operations.

Review prescriptions with precision to deliver comprehensive patient counseling, thereby ensuring the appropriate and safe administration of medications.
Design and maintain the pharmacy’s organizational framework to optimize the accessibility and identification of medications and related supplies.
Monitor inventory flow to ensure products are maintained in optimal condition, avoiding deterioration, shortages, and expiry issues.
Spearhead the strategic marketing and execution of comprehensive pharmacy services, with an emphasis on expedited health assessments.
Drive sales growth, enhance category performance, and boost branch profitability by implementing innovative strategies and customer-centric initiatives.
Maintain awareness of emerging trends and innovations in the healthcare industry by engaging in ongoing education and fostering collaborative professional relationships.
Maintain strict adherence to all applicable regulatory, legal, and professional practice standards to ensure full compliance.
Requirements
Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent qualification.
Holds an active, unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in accordance with applicable state regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and pharmacy information systems is required.
Strong interpersonal abilities, unwavering professional ethics, and a commitment to patient-centric care are essential.
