Purpose
We aim to automate business processes leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform—including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Custom Connectors—to enhance operational efficiency across departments by delivering scalable, secure, and intuitive solutions.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Lead project initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives. Monitor team performance, provide mentorship and coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Analyze market trends, assess risks, and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and profitability. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining high ethical standards in all business practices.
Develop, implement, and deploy automated processes with Power Automate to enhance efficiency in recurring tasks and approval procedures.
Develop bespoke connectors for the Power Platform to enhance application functionality and facilitate seamless integration with third-party services.
Create, refine, and enhance SQL queries to efficiently extract, transform, and load data from a diverse range of data sources.
Develop and oversee REST API integrations to facilitate seamless connectivity between Power Platform solutions and external applications.
Implement automated desktop workflows for legacy or non-API systems using tools such as Selenium and Power Automate Desktop.
Leverage FX formulas and query logic within Power Apps and Power Automate to develop dynamic, responsive user experiences.
Create bespoke business applications leveraging Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to meet specific organizational requirements.
Design and develop intuitive, responsive interfaces that meet specified business objectives with a focus on user experience.
Develop and administer SharePoint lists and libraries while establishing seamless integration with Power Platform applications and automated workflows.
Oversee the organization, upkeep, and configuration of document repositories, access controls, and metadata frameworks.
Work collaboratively across departments to collect requirements, verify business needs, and implement customized solutions.
Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing assistance to end-users to ensure effective utilization of deployed solutions.
Maintain adherence to established organizational standards regarding data management, security protocols, and application lifecycle oversight.
Oversee the upkeep of technical documentation, user guides, and change logs to ensure accuracy and completeness. Continuously evaluate existing automations and applications to assess their performance and reliability, identifying opportunities for enhancement where necessary.
Refine and enhance deliverables in response to user feedback and changing business needs.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience and a degree in a pertinent field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, is essential. The ideal applicant should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the capacity to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Experience in project management or leadership roles is preferred, as is a proven track record of delivering measurable results in fast-paced environments.
Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree in any discipline and have accumulated at least two to three years of relevant professional experience.

Individuals should possess a solid grasp of Data Analytics principles, along with hands-on experience using Data verse, Azure AD, and connectors within the Microsoft ecosystem.
