Engage collaboratively with learners who have special educational needs to assess their requirements and implement tailored support strategies.

Offer targeted academic and behavioral assistance to learners who have been identified as needing additional support, with a focus on reinforcing fundamental academic subjects.

Work collaboratively with educators, families, external agencies, and multidisciplinary professionals—including behavior technicians, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists—to ensure cohesive support and alignment of services.

Plan and organize recurring meetings with key stakeholders to assess ongoing support for SEND learners.

Monitor learners’ progress and maintain accurate records, including Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), progress reports, and intervention trackers, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and reflective of current performance.

Foster a secure and health-conscious environment while strictly adhering to all safeguarding protocols.
