Job Summary
The ICT Officer oversees the organization’s technology infrastructure, delivers technical assistance, safeguards network security, and ensures dependable and efficient IT services across all business units.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in industry-specific software are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a track record of problem-solving and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior leadership or project management experience is highly desirable.
