Job Summary
The Station Manager oversees the filling station’s daily operations, guaranteeing efficient fuel sales, high customer satisfaction, strict inventory accountability, adherence to safety regulations, and overall profitability.

Examine and analyze discrepancies as well as shortages in inventory levels and stock records to identify the root causes of variances and losses.

Oversee the scheduling and execution of equipment maintenance and repair tasks to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.

Seeking a candidate who meets the following qualifications and possesses relevant experience: a minimum of five years in a similar role, proficiency in industry-standard software, and strong project management skills. The ideal applicant will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience, along with demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering measurable results.
