Job Summary

The Store Manager oversees inventory management, stock movement tracking, store documentation, and inventory accountability to maintain precise reporting and reduce losses.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a similar role or industry. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, such as business administration, finance, or engineering, from an accredited institution. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), and exceptional communication abilities are essential. Prior leadership or project management experience is highly valued, along with a track record of delivering measurable results in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and emerging trends is required to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous, depending on the role’s geographic or client-facing requirements.
