Assist the HR Manager with employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution, to ensure a harmonious workplace environment.

Support the establishment and ongoing evaluation of performance appraisal systems.
Assist managers with establishing performance objectives and performing evaluations.

Conduct assessments to determine training requirements and organize educational initiatives for staff members.
Assess the impact and success of training and development programs to ensure they meet established objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Oversee the management and upkeep of training records while verifying adherence to all stipulated training requirements.
Ensure employee records and HR documentation are consistently accurate and current at all times.
Compiles HR reports encompassing attendance, leave, and payroll data.
Maintain adherence to all applicable labor regulations and organizational guidelines.
Assess and improve existing operational workflows to optimize performance and eliminate unnecessary expenditures of time and resources.
Oversee all aspects of supply chain operations, encompassing procurement processes, inventory management, and distribution logistics.
Oversee cross-departmental operations and foster collaboration to maintain seamless workflows and synchronize organizational objectives.

Performing all other duties within the scope of normal business operations that management deems necessary or appropriate for the Company’s interests, in your capacity as a Human Resources Officer.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media strategies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with meticulous attention to detail, are essential. Prior experience in content creation, campaign management, or marketing strategy development within a fast-paced environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required for this role.
A minimum of three years of practical experience in an HR capacity is required, ideally within the real estate or construction sectors.
Demonstrates extensive expertise in Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships with diverse stakeholders.
A strong command of Microsoft Office Suite applications and specialized HR software is required.
