The REACH Practice and Quality Assurance Coordinator oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic, ensuring the compassionate, effective, and efficient provision of high-quality patient care. This role also involves supervising all employed support staff.

He or she will oversee the seamless functioning of daily operations while fostering a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction.

Additionally, they will support the REACH Program Manager in driving the attainment of departmental and organizational objectives.

Oversee and execute a range of duties and responsibilities with precision, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Facilitate workflow processes through effective planning, coordination, and collaboration across teams. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and implement corrective measures as needed. Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to regulatory guidelines, and uphold compliance with industry best practices. Provide guidance and support to team members to foster professional development and achieve collective goals. Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and execution of all essential partnership agreements and related documentation—such as Memoranda of Understanding (Mouse) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)—ensuring adherence to legislative, departmental, and project-specific requirements while fostering sustainable, mutually advantageous collaborations.

Plan and execute community health events designed to raise awareness of our services and drive membership growth.

Our team is equipped to handle various shipment sizes and types, from small parcels to large freight, with on-time performance as a top priority. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate delivery vehicles safely. Advanced proficiency in computer applications is required, with a strong emphasis on spreadsheet tools such as Excel and Google Sheets. Additionally, experience with database management systems and statistical software is essential.

Proficient technical writing expertise is required, encompassing the preparation of management and programmatic reports, project proposals, scientific manuscripts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user manuals.

Proven expertise in conducting comprehensive research and delivering compelling presentations; must have delivered at least one presentation at an external forum, such as a conference or panel discussion.

Proven expertise in developing and executing training programs and workshops is required.
