The role involves managing the organization’s HR policies and strategies, leading the HR team, handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions, overseeing HR training and development initiatives, and implementing performance management systems to foster high performance. Additionally, the position oversees recruitment and selection processes, ensures compliance with Nigeria Labour Laws, manages HR budgeting and forecasting, maintains HR database systems, and oversees compensation management. The role also requires aligning HR strategies with business objectives and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in manufacturing setup operations is necessary.

Membership in the Canadian Institute of Personnel Management (CI PMN) and/or possession of a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification is highly beneficial.
